Who is Lily Lolo?

Lily Lolo Mineral Cosmetics is a luxurious natural makeup thoughtfully formulated and made in England that pioneered the clean beauty movement with healthy, high-performing, beautiful cosmetics without compromise. Available in the US & Canada, Lily Lolo is the original Natural Makeup from Europe - our customers love us and we hope you do too!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are $7.50 for the US and $23.00 for Canada for orders under $95.00 USD. Shipping is FREE for orders of $95.00 USD and above. 

Lily Lolo uses USPS with registered delivery confirmation for all orders, and UPS as an alternative carrier when necessary. Your automated order confirmation email will have the package tracking number to follow its progress on usps.com and/or canadapost.ca. If USPS or Canada Post is not available, your package will be sent through UPS.

Lily Lolo is not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by USPS or UPS.

If you bypassed your confirmation email,  type under inbox search questions@lilylolo.us to pull up your original order and also the confirmation email. 

Tracking Orders

Click here to track your order. You can then enter your order number, email address, or phone number associated with the order to track its status.

Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number to track the status and location of your package.

Viewing Orders

If you create an account online with us, you can view your current orders. Click here to login to your account and see all your orders.

Privacy & Security

At Lily Lolo US & Canada we are extremely careful about privacy and security.  All orders are handled securely with SSL 256-bit encryption.  We will never share, lease, rent, sell, or give your personal information to any 3rd party under any circumstances whatsoever.  We have celebrity customers and we are extremely careful about keeping contact details private. Additionally our site is inspected for security on a regular basis.    

Returns & Replacements

Lily Lolo will replace a defective item when notified immediately after receiving the package. Due to hygienic concerns, returns are not accepted.

If the United States Post Office records your package as delivered and it is not found, please work with your local post office to track down your package. Lily Lolo is not responsible for packages once USPS marks them as delivered.

In the event of an order being returned due to a customer address error and the customer would like it reshipped to the correct address, a fee of $7.50 will apply for USA orders and $23 for Canada orders.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most forms of major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Google checkout, checks and money orders sent in the post.  Keep an eye out for specials and discounts - sign up for our newsletter!  Please note that if paid by credit card your charge will be from "Lily Lolo".
