How to find the right shade?
Cookie is suitable for medium skin tones. It’s important to find the right shade of foundation for your skin tone. Try our inexpensive samples in order to ensure you have an exact match. Remember to match your foundation to the skin tone on your jaw line, and not on your hand (they may be very different). If a shade looks too ashy it’s too pale for you, if it looks orange (even the slightest bit!) it’s too dark. With mineral foundation it’s easy to mix shades together as well. For guidance choosing your shade look at your skin in daylight, you may notice that you have more pinky tones or more yellowy tones, so then choose a shade which matches the undertones. Looking at the veins in your wrists can also help, if the veins look blue, you’re more likely to have cool colouring, with pinky undertones and if the veins look more green, warm undertones and yellow colouring.

To be honest I did not have that many expectations from it, because I used another brand of mineral foundation, which highly disappointed me so I thought that this one would be the same. The best foundation
I found this shade using Lily Lolo's sample pack that they offer. I instantly loved the way it looked on my skin when I was done putting it on. It was so easy and buildable. It makes my skin look so soft and airbrushed. (I used their baby Buki brush to apply, which is also amazing). I have a VERY oily T-zone and this is literally the ONLY foundation that has kept it under control. By the end of the night, before bed I was still matte, and that NEVER happens to me. I was so excited. I've used bare minerals before and it made me break out, bad. So I've been using liquid foundations for a lot of years and they would always either make me look more oily and wipe off easy or wouldn't control the oil I had at all. It was frustrating, until I found this. Amazing stuff, really.

The product was delivered very fast and is a real asset. I've given away or disposed of all the other makeup products that have accumulated in my inventory so far. I use the powder along with the Super Kabuki, which I'm just as excited about. The starter set is perfect for choosing the right color. The darkest set (medium) is suitable for average summer skin without having to be very sun-kissed. In addition, I have ordered a few small mini samples of the powder and have not only found my perfect color (average age / average color: Cookie) but also have for every season samples for pale winter months and holiday tan. Trying out has paid off despite the costs. I never need another product again. The application is fast, the opacity is great, the stop as well. The product hardly colors. One does not have the feeling of being pasted, quite the contrary. In addition, the gloss in the T-zone has been significantly reduced. The product does not dry out but melts wonderfully with the skin. Thank you for making this wonderful product.
